What file formats do you accept? +
We accept DXF, DWG, PDF, STEP, and IGES files. We can also work from hand sketches or photos —
our engineering team will draft the production drawing for you.
What is your typical lead time? +
For laser cutting and bending, 2–5 business days for standard orders. Fabrication and powder
coating jobs are typically 5–10 business days depending on complexity and volume. We offer rush
production for urgent requirements.
Do you deliver to Uganda and Tanzania? +
Yes. We have established logistics partnerships for cross-border delivery to both Uganda and
Tanzania. Delivery timelines and costs depend on location and order size — we'll include this in
your quote.
Can you handle small one-off orders? +
Absolutely. We welcome single prototypes, small batches, and full production runs alike. Minimum
order quantities depend on the service — contact us and we'll advise based on your requirement.
Can I bring my own metal for powder coating? +
Yes, we accept customer-supplied items for powder coating. Items must be clean and free of oil
or paint, or we can include pre-treatment in the scope. Contact us to discuss your pieces.
Do you offer design or engineering support? +
Yes. Our in-house engineering team can assist with design optimization, DXF drawing preparation,
flat pattern development, and fabrication-ready shop drawings — especially for clients who are
starting from a concept or sketch.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer (all major Kenyan banks), and mobile banking. For large or
regular orders, we offer credit terms after a brief vetting process. Contact us for details.
